Since you are so small, Are you strong enough?

No, there is not an elevator in my building.

I see you are on the 2nd floor is there an elevator?

Our office location is very safe. We are located on a main road with parking right out front. There are cameras in the parking lot, and plenty of lighting. Historically Riviera Beach had a bad reputation, however the city is under new leadership, and has really been transformed into a beautiful city to work, live, play, and even to place our location.

Is your location safe? I hear Riviera Beach is not safe.

Do you offer mobile massages, or out-calls?

No, we do not offer any mobile or out-calls.

Do you offer couple's massages?

We do not offer couple's massages at this time. You are more than welcome to book back-to-back appointments. Since we are located in the heart of Riviera Beach, between West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, there are lots of activities and restaurants you can do while your significant other experiences their relaxation.

Is it safe to get a massage while pregnant?

Yes! It is very safe, and beneficial to have massages during your pregnancy. You may begin receiving prenatal, side-lying, massages after your first trimester (13 to 40 weeks). Biweekly, or monthly therapy will help your body tremendously as it changes to make room and path for the baby.

how often should i get a massage?

Each individual's needs are different. As a general routine the following conditions will benefit from ballistic frequency. We will work together to come up with a plan tailored just for you.

Expecting mom - Biweekly
Sitting at a desk 40+ hours a week - Biweekly or monthly
Chronic pain - Weekly or biweekly
If You Work Out - weekly sessions to target specific muscle groups or biweekly to monthly depending on your workout schedule
Consistently under major stress - Weekly
