What You Need to Use HSA or FSA Benefits
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
This must be written by your physician, chiropractor, or qualified healthcare provider. The letter typically includes your diagnosis or condition, a statement that massage therapy is medically appropriate, and a recommended frequency or duration of care.
Eligible Conditions (Determined by Your Doctor)
Your provider may determine HSA/FSA eligibility for conditions such as: chronic muscle pain or tension · neck, back, or shoulder pain · injury recovery or rehabilitation support · tension headaches or migraines · postural or movement-related dysfunction · other medically diagnosed musculoskeletal conditions.
Receipt Documentation
Blessed Touch provides detailed receipts for all sessions, which may be required for reimbursement or HSA/FSA card verification.
