How It Works:
Focused, individualized work targeting areas where muscles and connective tissue have developed tension, restriction, or imbalance. Techniques are selected and adjusted throughout your session based on how your body responds — not applied as a standard protocol.
Each session begins with a brief conversation about your body's current concerns. The treatment is then built around what your body needs most that day.
Techniques are applied with careful attention to your comfort and response, with real-time adjustments throughout to ensure the work remains effective.
60 minutes — targeted work on one or two primary areas of concern. 90 minutes — full-body therapeutic session with focused attention on multiple areas. 120 minutes — comprehensive session for complex or widespread tension patterns.
